General Guidelines
- We ask you to please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment in order to enjoy our Yauvana Spa facilities. Time lost through late arrival will result in a shortened or amended treatment being offered without refund. Please leave your mobile switched off in your locker as we would like all our clients to have a truly relaxing experience!!
- Please remember to always shower before using the Spa Pool and between heat rooms in the Thermal Suite.
- We request that a robe be worn in all common areas and swimwear is compulsory in the Thermal Suite.
- We would appreciate if our clients do not take the Spa towels outside the Spa premises please.
- The Yauvana Spa is open to persons aged 18 and over.
- All clients will be required to complete a Health Questionnaire upon arrival. This will be necessary only during your first visit, as we will keep record of your health history from then onwards.
- Please note that all facilities and treatments are subject to availability.
- Please place all used Spa bathrobes, slippers and towels in the baskets provided.
- Credit Card details are required upon booking for non-residents.
All Yauvana Spa areas are strictly NON SMOKING.
