We Are So Very Grateful
Not a day goes by since November 19th that we have not received a letter, an email or phone call, all of which are more than welcome and very much appreciated by all of us. All of our customers are so supportive and cannot wait for us to reopen. We cannot wait ourselves!! Please God we will have clearer deadlines within a week...fingers crossed for everyones sake. We will once we know what is happening inform each and everyone especially members of the Health Club and all those who have conferences and events booked with us.
The public are so nice to us throughout these few months and even last week a customer who had stayed with us months ago sent a lovely email and then put a fabulous comment up on www.tripadvisor.com to tell the world of their wonderful Kingsley experience. This experience will be relived once again when we do reopen.
Go leor a bhuíochas do thacaíocht leanúnach!

Marcia GallagherHi, I was there the night of the flooding - I was so sorry to see the poor hotel in such a state. I've been checking ur website often so that as soon as it re-opens I can stay again in the gorgeous rooms, enjoy the excellent food and use the gym! |
Mary O'connellPlease email me when your hotel is open for business again as I would like to book a weekend with you. Thank you. |
Gavin O' BrienI can't wait for the Health Club to reopen. I'm losing my stocks. Feel like less of a man. |
Patrick O'SheaMy wife Janine and I stayed at your lovely hotel last March when we travelled from Johannesburg for our niece's wedding celebrations, we had a lovely time and were most impressed with the quality, the level of service and hospitality. Very sad to hear of the unfortunate events, we send you heartfelt sympathies and best wishes for a successful reopening in the near future; we look forward to staying with you again. |
Peter McCaffertyReally sorry and shocked to hear about the extent of the flooding at the Kingsley Hotel. I have already left some comments on the enquiry form but I'm sure from reading your latest comment on 7th February, 2010 that you will overcome any difficulties in achieving the reopening of the hotel in the same professional and positive manner in which you taken pride in being part of a great team at the Kingsley. I look forward to when you reopen. |
