Personal Training used to be an activity that was for elite athletes and film stars. As we have become more educated about health and the benefits associated with exercise, personal training has become more commonplace. Personal trainers have the education and the skills to devise and implement more complicated health and fitness programming and possess the personal characteristics to act as a motivating force for their clients. Personal trainers typically come from a diverse health and fitness background including Pilates, weight training or running giving them a deeper insight into the activities involved
All our personal trainers are highly qualified and experienced and possess their own liability insurance.

As a previous All Ireland Cross Country champion, North Munster Steeplechase champion and Munster Team Relay champion, Alan posses all the skills and knowledge to train clients with any level of fitness. An accomplished soccer player and former Remedial Massage therapist to the South African cycling team also, Alan’s clients find that he can keep them focused on their goal while dealing with any muscle imbalances and/or weaknesses.
