The Wonder of Christmas at The Kingsley Hotel offers you an opportunity to relax and enjoy the festive holiday - leave all the hustle and bustle behind - and let us take care of you.

We have a dedicated team here who will be happy to make your stay memorable and one to cherish.

Christmas Eve 24th

Our package begins at 6:30 p.m. but why not arrive at your leisure from 2.00 p.m. and get acquainted with your home from home. Melt those worries away in our Yauvana Spa, by pre booking a relaxing facial, massage or manicure. (Bookings to be made a least two weeks in advance of arrival to avoid disappointment). Or perhaps take a stroll through Cork City to get in the festive mood. To start off your evening, there will be complimentary mulled wine and canapés in the foyer from 6.30 p.m. hosted by our Hotel Manager. To add to the mood of the festive season, a recital by our local choir will commence at 6.45 p.m. This will be followed by dinner in Otters Restaurant from 7:30 p.m.

For those of you wishing to attend Mass, the Sacred Heart Church is within walking distance and Mass begins at 9.00 p.m. Hot mince pies will be served on your return.

A bed time snack of hot milk and cookies will be available to our young guests each evening.

Christmas Day 25th

Breakfast will be available either in your room or in Otters Restaurant between 8.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. Santa Claus will arrive at the hotel and he has told us he wants to meet all the children and will have a special gift for each one of them.
Our Health Club will be open between 9.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. for those wishing to avail of it. Our Business Centre will be open to those of you who wish to send greetings to family and friends.

A traditional, sumptuous Christmas lunch will be served from 1.30 p.m. in Otters Restaurant, where our harpist will play a repertoire of relaxing music.

Afternoon activities are available for the junior guests in our play room. A light buffet will be served from 7.00 p.m. in our Sabrona Lounge.

After the festivities of the day, why not relax in the evening and watch a movie in our Sabrona Lounge where complimentary movie snacks will be available.

St Stephens Day 26th

This day is a designated “Lazy Day”. Breakfast will be served from 8.00 a.m. to 12 noon to enable you have that lie-in you deserve! A staff member of our resident child minding service will collect your child/children from your room and provide entertainment for them from 9.00 a.m. to 12 noon. This service is complimentary and gives you some free time to relax and savour the festive atmosphere. After breakfast, why not take a stroll along the River Lee or visit Fitzgeralds Park (a 5 minute drive from the hotel).

For those ladies or gentlemen who feel they have over-indulged during the holidays, why not avail of our Health Club and Yauvana Spa facilities. Our Yauvana Spa has a range of treatments that are available for couples, as well as individuals. Pamper yourself and take the opportunity to have one of our therapeutic treatments to relax the senses. Rates are available from reception.

Dinner will begin in Otters Restaurant from 7.00 p.m.

27th of December

Our Christmas Programme comes to an end for another year. Our check-out time is 12 noon.
